As a licensed and CAR certified coordinator with a business degree, Liana acts as a member of your team making sure that your clients have a consistent and smooth experience every time.


Liana started her real estate career in her early 20s and quickly realized she had a passion for the operational side of the industry. Liana's strong attention to detail, love for systems and processes and customer service forward thinking makes her an ideal fit for this position. When she's not working hard for her clients, Liana likes spending time with her husband and two young boys, cooking, and traveling both near and far.

Packages starting at $500

Listing TC Package

From the moment your listing agreement is signed all the way to Close of Escrow, you will have a coordinator on your team to ensure the paperwork is off your plate, dates are tracked and that the small details don't slip through the cracks.

Optional Listing Package Add-on

For an extra touch of service optional administrative tasks (think signs, inspections, scheduling...) will be taken off your plate as well.

Buyside TC Package

Congratulations to you and your buyer! Now the work begins and with many dates, details, and papers flying around. Why not step back and take the time to focus on the buyer and their needs rather than busying yourself with the nitty gritty of the transaction.

Optional Buyside Package Add-on

Want to step even further back (maybe your family or dog misses you), the optional buyside package offers a few additional administrative items to let you do just that.

Compliance Review

Smaller or personal brokerage? Don't have the time to review every single document involved. For a small fee you'll get an extra set of eyes on every document and for every transaction.

Why do TCs prefer email?

For the paper trail! As a coordinator it is our job to sweat the small stuff and having a paper trail allows us to do just that. Whether it's being able to confirm that we took the correct things off your 'to do' list or have the right terms for an addendum, putting things in an email allows us to make sure the 'i's are dotted and the 't's crossed.


How much should I communicate with my TC?

Your coordinator doesn't need to be your best friend but you should communicate with them regularly. They should be kept up to date on your transactions so they can best support you. Even if you can't send an email right away, a text or call can be a great way to make sure they know of any important updates.


Do I have to work with your preferred vendors?

No! You get to choose all of your vendors, I am happy to build upon any relationships you already have. If needed, I do have a list of vendors I can recommend as well.


How are prices set?

Our competitive pricing is set based on the standard coordinator fee in the area taking in to consideration the services provided, cost of living, our top-grade backend systems and tools used to help make sure all of your transactions are as smooth as possible.


Do you still charge if a transaction cancels?

Nope! If you're not getting paid, we don't expect to either. We're on 'your team' after-all :)


How do you get paid?

The preferred payment method is through escrow at closing. We will provide an invoice to escrow and as long as the fee is approved on the demand to escrow as well they will happily wire or send a check.
